Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will work directly with clients, providing technical support and presales demonstrations. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team by identifying client requirements, presenting technical solutions, ensuring smooth integration of products, and delivering security-focused technical recommendations. The role often acts as a bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure seamless execution of proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Presales and Sales expertise to effectively support and present solutions to clients
• Technical Support and Integration proficiency to ensure seamless implementation of offered products
• Experience and knowledge in Security technologies and solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical and sales teams effectively
• Familiarity with technology products, including hardware and networking equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
