Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedPresales Engineerto join our technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving technical solution design, vendor partnership engagement, and customer success across enterprise infrastructure domains. The position involvessolution sizing, architecture design, and partnership managementwith leading technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Sizing
  • Develop and validate technical solutions for customers, includingNetwork Security , Endpoint Protection, Hyperconverged Infrastructure Solutions & Cloud Solutions(Google, Azure)
  • Performsolution sizingandcapacity planningbased on customer requirements and workload characteristics.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage and maintain strong technical and business relationships withNetwork Security & Public Cloud Vendors.
  • Stay updated on vendor product portfolios, roadmaps, and partner programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Engage with vendors for certifications, deal registrations, and joint solution validations.
  • Technical Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into optimized technical solutions.
  • Conducttechnical presentations, demos, and workshopsfor customers and internal teams.
  • PrepareBill of Materials (BoM), proposals, and technical documentationto support solution offerings.
  • Hands-on Expertise
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency inNetwork & Endpoint Security Solutions including Firewall & Endpoint Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP & Azure Cloud platforms including Landing Zone Setup, Migration from On-Prem to Cloud.
  • Partnership management Experience with Google & Microsoft will be a plus.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Collaborate with post-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and implementation.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives by contributing toRFP/RFI responsesandsolution briefs.
  • Provide feedback from the field to enhance internal solution portfolios and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience inPre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consultingwithin enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience of Firewall & Endpoint Protection Solutions.
  • Proven experience working with vendors likeGoogle , Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet in a partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications in Network Security & Cloud Platforms will be a plus.
