Presales Engineer

We are looking for a Presales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical solutions, preparing quotations, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers based on project requirements
• Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, and other relevant departments to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and other required presales documents.
• Follow up on submitted offers and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Ensure that proposals comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
• Elevator/escalator industry experience is a plus.
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Working Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
