What We're Looking For: We are seeking a skilled ICT Presales Engineer who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

● Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.

● Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners.

● Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation.

● Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, RF-Elements) to build competitive solutions.

● Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions.

● Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and network designs.

● Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings.

● Support account managers with technical expertise for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● 3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience in networking.

● Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions.

● Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, or RF-Elements.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities.

● Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams.

● Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.
