Presales Manager, International Markets

We are looking for a Presales Manager, International to join our international organization, reporting to the Head of Presales, International.

Based in the UAE, this role will take technical ownership of opportunities across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, from the first customer conversation through solution design, proposal, contracting and handover.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Design end-to-end solutions combining Odine products, partner technologies and integration services.
• Own solution architecture, sizing, BoM, integration dependencies and technical risks.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and shape new opportunities together with Sales.
• Coordinate multiple technology vendors and ensure one coherent technical and commercial solution.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs and tenders, including compliance matrices and clarifications.
• Prepare and own Statements of Work, ensuring alignment between the designed, priced and contracted scope.
• Build cost models and support pricing and contract discussions with Sales, Finance and Legal.
• Lead PoCs, demonstrations and technical presentations for customer stakeholders.
• Hand over won opportunities to Services and PMO with clear scope, assumptions, risks and commitments.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture or systems integration within telecom, ICT or enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of OpenShift, with experience in areas such as Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack/NFV, Linux, Ansible, storage or hybrid cloud.
• Experience designing and integrating multi-vendor solutions.
• Good understanding of telecom and enterprise technologies such as mobile core, messaging and signaling, networking, cybersecurity, OSS/BSS and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU sizing and MLOps is an advantage.
• Proven ownership of RFPs, technical proposals and Statements of Work.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with cost models.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Currently based in the UAE, with the right to work locally and willingness to travel regionally.
