Presales Specialist ICT / ELV Solutions
Finstorm Placement Services is hiring for a fastgrowing IT consulting startup in Dubai. We're looking for a Presales Specialist (ICT / ELV) to lead solution design, client engagement, and proposal development for enterprise and smart building projects.
Experience: 510 years in ICT/ELV presales, solutioning, or system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead presales and solution design for ICT/ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, AV, BMS, and smart buildings.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BoQs, and AutoCAD drawings for RFPs.
- Deliver client presentations, workshops, demos, and PoCs.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- Advise on UAE standards and approvals (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, DSCE).
- Stay current on ELV/ICT, IoT, and enterprise integrations.
Requirements
- Proven ICT/ELV presales or solution architecture experience (enterprise/government projects).
- Strong knowledge of networking, IT integration, AutoCAD, BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm.
- Experience with vendors like Cisco, Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Schneider Electric.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering/IT degree; BICSI, CCNA/CCNP, PMP are a plus.
- UAE-based with valid work authorization.
