Presales (AI, Data & AI, ISV, Hyperscaler)
Role Summary:
PreSales teams are responsible for translating partner solutions into compelling architectures and customer outcomes. They drive technical onboarding, solution validation, domain POD creation, and multi-partner integration.
Expanded Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain domain-specific solution PODs that align with ISV solutions, Data & AI workloads, and AI security.
- Support ISV technical onboarding, ensuring readiness on hyperscaler platforms, solution validation, and co‑sell qualification.
- Lead customer discovery, architecture design, solution workshops, and proof‑of‑concept execution.
- Partner with Solution Sales for joint GTM execution, technical storytelling, and presales qualification.
- Enable partners through consistent plans around ISV solutions, hyperscaler platforms, and AI security offerings.
- Anchor client confidence by providing deep technical guidance, ROI modeling, and architectural assurance.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
A. Technical Skills
- Solution architecture (AI, ML, Data Engineering, Analytics)
- Expertise in hyperscaler cloud (Azure preferred)
- ISV solution validation & onboarding

- Minimum 5 years expertise in one domain(Banking/Healthcare/ Education/Manufacturing)
