Role Description The Preschool Class Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based at Tot's College in New Cairo. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include preparing classroom activities, implementing the IPC curriculum, observing and documenting children's progress, and maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment. The role also involves regular communication with families, collaboration with colleagues, and participation in school events and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working in preschool or kindergarten settings.
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, with the ability to create structured yet flexible learning experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Ability to manage a classroom, support positive behavior, and foster an inclusive, child-centered learning environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; IPC or international curriculum experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to child safeguarding and safety standards.
