The Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Cache Level 3 (minimum requirement)

Strong understanding of EYFS standards and child development

Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar early years setting

Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum

Experience in planning, observation, assessment, and reporting in line with EYFS

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Conducting regular observations and maintaining accurate child development records

Supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development

Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained

Building strong, professional relationships with parents and families

Collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership

Contributing to extracurricular activities and nursery events

Demonstrating professionalism, organisation, and a commitment to continuous improvement
