As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Foundation Lead Class Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year.

About the Role

The Lead Teacher will oversee daily teaching, planning, documentation, and curriculum delivery for children aged 36 years, ensuring an engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The role requires high professionalism, strong classroom management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding early years practice.

Required Experience

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UAE nursery or school within the Foundation stage (ages 36)

Signed and stamped experience letter confirming years of experience

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education (preferred),

OR

Bachelor's Degree in any field with a recognised Early Years qualification (CACHE Level 3/Level 5, NCFE, or equivalent), eligible for KHDA approval.
