Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the group company's overall strategy, organize and formulate the unit's overall development strategy and objectives, and make decisions on major projects and significant matters encountered in daily operations;

2. Be fully responsible for the department's operational management, and be responsible for breaking down the annual operating targets assigned by the group company, conducting regular operational plan analysis, ensuring effective financial and internal control, and adjusting or allocating resources in a timely manner to ensure that work is implemented according to plan.

3. Based on technological needs and the domestic and international industry situation, formulate an overall technological development strategy and goals; organize resources to track the latest technological developments; conduct research and development of new technologies; and organize technological construction and capacity building.

4. Organize the formulation of talent introduction strategies and talent structure optimization plans; guide and supervise the implementation of talent recruitment and training; determine the direction for improving human resource management capabilities; and guide and supervise their implementation.

5. Organize the implementation of the requirements for the compilation of system and process frameworks; establish and continuously optimize the system and process framework; and, based on the development strategy, organize the establishment and improvement of QHSE systems, operational management systems, and business development systems.

6. Guide and supervise the development of the company's influence in the industry; organize contacts with government agencies and media in the business areas; strengthen the organization and exchange of activities with regional partners; and organize the formulation, planning, organization, promotion, and implementation of project brand development strategies.

7. As the primary person responsible for production within the unit, be fully responsible for safety production work; organize the formulation of the unit's safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures; establish and improve the unit's safety production responsibility system; supervise and inspect the unit's safety production work; and promptly eliminate potential production safety hazards.

Job Requirements

1. Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the well logging and data services industry, and over 5 years of team management experience; successfully led multiple large-scale well logging projects or technology R&D projects, possessing rich experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, and able to effectively coordinate resources from all parties to complete projects.

2. Professional Competencies: Familiar with core business processes such as well logging technology, instruments and equipment, data processing and interpretation; understand industry development trends and market demands.

3. Other Requirements: Extensive global work experience; fluent in English, reaching a business communication level.

4. Experience in global positions; proficient in international practices; familiar with social etiquette; able to quickly understand local customs and religious beliefs; capable of independently conducting international activities.

5. Outstanding professional knowledge and skills; technical level meets or exceeds job requirements; rich theoretical knowledge; able to creatively propose solutions and methods for problem-solving.

6. Extensive experience in this business area; able to combine theory and practice to solve specific problems.

7. Good physical condition, meeting the job's health standards; able to adapt to the working conditions of starting a business in Anton; able to undertake high-intensity work; possess good psychological qualities; positive, optimistic, and passionate about work and life. 8. Able to withstand the high pressure of entrepreneurship, and possesses excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and a strong sense of team contribution;

9. Highly accepts the company's values and culture; actively participates in company cultural activities, fully understands and efficiently implements, and actively helps promote the company's human resources policies;

10. Possesses strong planning and coordination abilities, a strong awareness of resource efficiency and cost-saving, a clear understanding of work value and return on investment, and high resource utilization efficiency;
