Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate steam presses, flatwork ironers, garment presses, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Press and finish garments, uniforms, linens, curtains, and other textile items according to quality standards.
Inspect items before and after pressing to identify stains, damages, or quality issues.
Ensure garments are wrinkle-free, properly shaped, and neatly finished before packing.
Sort and organize items based on customer requirements and production schedules.
Follow garment care labels and special handling instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing and finishing area.
Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
