Role Description The Pricing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing pricing proposals and quotations for logistics services, including freight forwarding, and related solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing cost components, market rates, and margins, maintaining up-to-date pricing databases, and coordinating with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. The Pricing Coordinator responds to customer and internal requests for rates, supports tender submissions, and ensures that pricing aligns with company policies and profitability targets. The role also involves tracking pricing performance, providing insights to improve competitiveness, and supporting training and documentation related to pricing processes.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and pricing or ERP systems, with attention to detail and accuracy, is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work to deadlines, and commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory workplace practices.
