Role Description

Mac World Logistic is seeking a full-time Pricing Specialist to join our team on-site in Dubai. The Pricing Specialist will research and analyze freight costs, develop pricing strategies, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive pricing for client quotations. This role involves close collaboration with the freight forwarding and customer service teams to provide optimal pricing solutions. The specialist will monitor pricing trends and market conditions to support decision-making and maintain pricing competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sea / Air Freight pricing in a Freight Forwarding Company
• Sound knowledge of Freight Operations by Sea & Air Import & Export
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in Freight Forwarding
• Background in Import & Export and Forwarding processes
• Excellent analytical skills for price evaluation and market trends
• Target and result-oriented personality
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Customer service-oriented with strong responsiveness and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage
