Manage and negotiate ocean import freight rates with shipping lines, and agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and overseas partners.
Source competitive rates and ensure commercially viable pricing.
Monitor market trends, freight fluctuations, and carrier pricing.
Prepare and manage import quotations and pricing proposals.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support business requirements.
Strong knowledge of ocean freight, import processes, and international logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
