Primary Homeroom Teacher for the
Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International school of Madinaty. As a primary homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and success
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities
- Contribute to the overall school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices
- Adhere to school policies and regulations, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly desirable
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
