The Role
The successful candidates will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Primary phase.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Experience teaching within the Primary age range (preferred but not essential for ECT applicants).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to student achievement and wellbeing.
- A passion for teaching within an international setting.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Applications from newly qualified teachers are encouraged. The school offers a structured
ECT Induction Programme, providing mentoring, professional development, and ongoing support to help teachers successfully begin their careers within a British international school environment.
Salary & Benefits
Expatriate Package
Tax-Free Salary: AED 8,500 - AED 14,000 per month (inclusive of housing allowance)
Salary offered will be dependent upon qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
