Primary Teacher for Key Stage 1 (KS1) for the
Academic Year 2026-2027. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is passionate about providing high-quality education to young learners and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that engage and inspire KS1 students, following the British Curriculum
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters the emotional and academic growth of all children
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, providing feedback that promotes improvement
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and community events
- Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and maintain a safe classroom environment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching in a primary setting, specifically within KS1
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to creating a positive learning environment and fostering student engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
