We seek a seasoned compliance leader to own EduTrust certification, SSG/PEI regulatory compliance, and university governance across our expanding multi-campus institution. This hands-on role ensures audit readiness, successful renewals, and strategic advisory to the Managing Director on regulatory matters and campus expansion.
Own all EduTrust audits, renewals, and SSG/CPE inspections (Provisional, Standard, Star tiers) serve as main regulator-facing contact.
Ensure compliance with Private Education Act 2009, EduTrust criteria, and PEI requirements maintain audit-ready policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Advise leadership on university governance, academic quality assurance, accreditation frameworks, and partnership compliance (Academic Boards, curriculum approval, quality cycles).
Lead internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and corrective actions coordinate regulatory reports and submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide compliance training and guidance to academic, administrative, and operations teams liaise with SSG, MOE, university partners, and external auditors.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Education, Compliance, HR, or related field.
PhD in Education, Higher Education Management, or related field is a strong advantage.
10-12 years in education, with 5+ years in university/tertiary or international higher education environments.
Hands-on EduTrust audit/renewal experience (minimum 2 full cycles) with direct SSG/CPE engagement.
Proven leadership managing compliance, quality assurance, or governance functions in education institutions.
Singapore private education sector experience essential university partnership or TNE experience highly desirable.
Deep knowledge of EduTrust, SSG/PEI regulations, and Private Education Act 2009.
Strong understanding of university governance, academic quality assurance, and accreditation frameworks.
Mandarin fluency required for regulator, university partner, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and accountable able to work independently across multiple campuses.
