I'm currently partnering with a Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm to hire an experienced Principal / Associate Partner – AI & Digital Transformation to join their growing Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) & Government Practice in the Middle East.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior consulting leader to shape and deliver large-scale AI and digital transformation programmes for leading telecom operators and government organisations, while playing a key role in growing one of the firm's fastest-expanding practices.

We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with senior consulting leaders who have:

Current experience with MBB or other leading strategy & management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, etc.)

10+ years of consulting and transformation experience, including leading large-scale AI and digital transformation engagements

Deep Public sector or telecommunications (TMT) expertise with experience working across commercial, customer, network, technology, data, or digital functions

Proven experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, and business value realisation

Strong track record of leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes

Experience managing senior client relationships, leading high-performing consulting teams, and driving business development

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, AI Governance, Product Ownership, and Agile Delivery
