Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Principal Functional Financials Applications Consultant. The role involves leading financial application projects, supporting clients in the implementation and optimization of financial systems, and ensuring alignment with client business strategies. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, developing financial plans, assisting with investment strategies, retirement planning, and providing insights based on data analytics to drive decision-making. The consultant will communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver functional solutions tailored to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite Functional application Configuration, Setup and Support with Tehcno-Functional experience
- Responsible for Oracle ERP end-user support with varying degrees of technical abilities, along with follow-up on technical problems raised in Service Requests with Oracle Support
- Perform Design, testing and quality assurance phases of assigned work.
- Oversees all aspects of user and system documentation, user training sessions, all OUM Oracle Unified Methodology documentation concepts
- Works with software providers to solve user problems for other systems integrating with E-Business Suite.
- Manage reactive level support for the ERP application.
- Design and scope ERP customized systems, through an achieved understanding of business and the resulting needs of business users.
- Deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective systems including developing high-yielding relationships with external/internal customers.
- Good Team player
- Drive internal customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and creating action plans to address significant issues.
- Provide insight on how new technologies could be incorporated to support business growth.
- Functional Knowledge in Oracle Fusion is a plus
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Investments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 78 years functional consultancy with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP (R1) with at least 3 Three full end to end implementations of Financials modules including advanced modules (not only Procure to Pay cycle)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage information systems and deliver on commitments.
- Ability to propose, promote, collaborate, and execute strategic IT initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English is a must (Arabic additional preferably) to support the middle east region customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
