One of our niche clients from Proptech / Real estate Industry is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and the delivery of exceptional digital experiences across enterprise platforms.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms and platform integrations.
- Hands-on expertise with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies; SCRUM Master certification is a plus.
- Experience translating business and commercial requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate product delivery and development risks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
