Principal Product Manager

• Responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope security products to protect users, applications and services including generative AI/ML applications.
• Translate customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD
• Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
• Takes ownership working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Ensure optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel
• Develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate, validate model outputs, accuracy and safety guardrails.
• Create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions
• Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management
• 5+ years in the cloud network security or related markets
• Experience in security and networking products dealing with threats such as Secure Web Gateway, IPS, heuristics and machine learning for threat detection
• Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI frameworks like OWASP LLM T10, MITRE ATLAS
• Experience bringing to market AI/ML-based products is an advantage.
• Experience in user behavior analytics products
• Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
• Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required

Education Travel:

• BS/BA in Computer Science or business required, MS or MBA preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% (to USA, domestic customer/trade shows)
