Principal Quality Engineer

Role Purpose:

To lead quality engineering practices and ensure implementation of quality assurance and control standards under the direction of the QHSE Director for delivering compliant, high-quality products and projects while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Quality Assurance Framework

Develop and implement QA frameworks to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Quality Control & Inspection

Oversee QC activities to ensure products and projects meet specifications

• Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance

• Non-Conformance Management

Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective/preventive actions

• Supplier Quality Manager

Monitor supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with standards

• Quality Audits & Comp

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards

• Risk Management

Identify quality risks and implement mitigation actions to protect the project outcomes

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles, with strong expertise in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement in project or manufacturing environments
• Professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are advantageous
