As our Technology division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Principal Recruiter to join an established division and take ownership of an established, high-performing hot desk.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
You'll inherit an active desk with existing clients, live vacancies and strong market reputation, giving you the platform to make an immediate impact while continuing to build your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the UAE and GCC.
- Source, attract and engage high-quality technology professionals.
- Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
- Develop new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to clients within the technology sector.
About You
You'll be an ambitious, commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships and winning business.
Essential Requirements
- 6–10 years experience within a recruitment agency environment (essential).
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment.
- Strong track record of billing and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience recruiting within the Technology/IT market.
- Excellent business development and account management skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Currently based in Dubai, or willing to relocate.
