Focusing on Life Sciences and Construction markets across the US we have developed specialist niches within those industries. We work with talent typically on $150k+ annual salaries and network with Executives across the region.

About the Position

Position title: Principal Recruitment Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE, One JLT - 5 days in office Mon-Fri

Business: Harris & Co Executive Search

This position requires previous experience in Recruitment (min. 1-2 years) - open to various markets.

You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market with later opportunities to expand into other geographic regions (MENA & APAC); market specialism will be dependant business & team.

• Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-datewith industry trends.
• Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
• Keep the CRM & databases updated.
