Role Overview

This is a high-performing, senior-level recruitment position focused on developing and delivering mandates across renewable energy and investment funds markets.

You will be responsible for building and growing your own desk while also contributing to the wider growth of the Dubai office and global practice.

The role will suit an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of investment-led energy markets, ideally with exposure to infrastructure funds, developers, sovereign wealth, private equity, or advisory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with investors, developers and consultancies across the Middle East and internationally
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
• Act as a trusted partner to clients on talent strategy and market intelligence
• Strengthen long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy & investment ecosystem
• Building & developing relationships with candidates and clients
• Expanding and developing a key growth market for the business

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5–10 + years in recruitment (agency experience is essential)
• Proven track record in mid-senior level hiring
• Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, investment or real assets
• Proven billing track record
• Strong exposure to international markets beneficial

Skills & Attributes

• Commercially driven with strong business development capability
• Confident operating at senior stakeholder level
• Strong market mapping and research capability
• Consultative, relationship-led approach aligned to long-term partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a desk
• Understanding of renewable energy investment structures, including: Developers and IPPs, Sovereign wealth funds and institutional capital, Private equity and infrastructure funds, EPC and consultancy environments
