Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the architecture of distributed configuration distribution solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to ensure alignment with company technology strategy.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Go, with experience in C/C++ preferred.
  • Design a configuration pipeline integrating databases, cache frameworks, Go services, cloud components, proxies, and load balancers.
  • Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
  • Drive technical vision, influence product roadmap, and implement large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Lead the discovery phase of large projects and develop high-level designs.
  • Supervise cross-functional engineering teams, including offshore associates.
  • Direct root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.
  • Develop innovation strategies and best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.
