What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, showcasing the value of Oracle's EBS Finance including General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets , Receivables, Cash management, Treasury in addition to Hyperion Planning and HFM solutions in addressing their business challenges.
  • Highlight additional value from Oracle Inventory and Procurement modules, including streamlined supply chain and procurement processes, when relevant.
  • Leverage prior implementation experience to design and present tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to perform value-based selling, aligning Oracle solutions with customer objectives and industry trends.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing the capabilities of Oracle's EBS Finance and Hyperion solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, solution designs, and proposals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's On-Premise product portfolio and the evolving needs of targeted industries.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in solution engineering or consulting roles with a focus on Oracle EBS Finance and Hyperion solutions.
  • Proven EBS implementation experience, particularly in finance modules, enabling insight into customer pain points and solution benefits.
  • Experience with Oracle Inventory and Procurement modules is a plus.
  • Strong capability in value-based selling, addressing industry-specific needs and articulating the ROI of Oracle solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (required); proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
