We are looking for a highly experienced QA/Test Architect to lead end-to-end test strategy and architecture for large-scale telecom BSS/OSS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, Oracle RODOD stack testing, CI/CD integration, and leadership of enterprise-level QA initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end test architecture and quality strategy for telecom BSS/OSS platforms
- Define automation, integration, and non-functional testing frameworks aligned with business processes
- Lead testing activities across Oracle RODOD stack including Order Management, Billing, Charging, CRM, and SOA/Middleware
- Manage test data, testing environments, and CI/CD integration across complex systems
- Establish and enforce QA standards, best practices, and quality metrics
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to QA teams
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in telecom BSS/OSS testing and QA architecture
- Expertise in Oracle RODOD stack and enterprise telecom systems
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, integration testing, and non-functional testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test environment management, and quality governance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
