Job Description & Responsibilities
- Document Processing: Execute standard document handling operations including photocopying, laminating, binding, and shredding.
- Supply Management: Monitor printing room logistics and ensure proper stocking of toner, staples, paper, laminating films, and corporate stationery.
- Room Maintenance: Keep the Printing Room organized, neat, and highly functional.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Assess minor office photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms prior to coordinating external technical service.
- Vendor Liaison: Schedule and handle ongoing preventative maintenance or on-site repairs with photocopier suppliers.
- Frontline Support: Assist with general school administrative workflows including sorting mail, filing documents, and backing up reception duties (handling calls/walk-ins).
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum completion of Secondary School education.
- Language: Able to read, speak, and communicate proficiently in English (Ideally possessing a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4 or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office suites) and strong administrative capabilities.
- Core Competencies: Service-focused demeanor, high attention to detail, and top-tier organizational abilities.
- Preference: Prior experience handling printing hardware and basic administration in an academic setting.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays
