Job Vacancy: Printing Press Production Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Specialist Manager in Riyadh. The Printing Specialist will be responsible for managing print production, overseeing bindery operations, and performing print design tasks. The role also involves pre-press activities to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Daily tasks include setting up and operating printing machinery, ensuring timely completion of print jobs, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all printing departments with high efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate the work team and distribute tasks effectively.
• Develop and improve processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide innovative solutions.
• Follow up on the Saudi market and modern printing trends.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of experience in managing printing presses in Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various printing processes and their quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
• The ability to handle work pressure and multiple projects simultaneously.
