Key Responsibilities
Install and configure standalone and network printers
Configure print drivers and queues
Integrate printers with network infrastructure
Test printing, scanning, and security features
Troubleshoot printer performance and connectivity
Provide printer documentation and user guidance
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with enterprise printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh, etc.)
Knowledge of network printing protocols
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience in multi-site rollouts preferred
