Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Private Banking Business Lead to spearhead the transformation and growth of our Private Banking business. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting deposit-based relationships into active investment relationships, accelerating Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, increasing investment revenues, and strengthening the bank's position as a leading wealth management provider.

This role will focus on capturing cross-border wealth flows through the bank's international network, particularly across key wealth corridors including India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, while leveraging Qatar, Switzerland, and other international booking centers to attract and serve High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, or International Wealth Advisory.
• Proven success in growing AUM, investment revenues, and client acquisition.
• Experience managing HNW and UHNW client relationships across international markets.
• Exposure to international booking centers and cross-border wealth management models.
• Demonstrated experience building advisory teams and wealth propositions.

• Deep understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management business models.
• Strong expertise across investment products, portfolio advisory, and wealth lending solutions.
• Proven experience in client segmentation, wealth acquisition, and international wealth flow strategies.
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and asset gathering.
• Experience developing RM capability frameworks and advisory excellence programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business development skills.
