We're looking for a skilled, health-focused chef to oversee all aspects of nutrition, meal preparation, and kitchen management for 2 clients focused on fitness and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily (10 AM 2 PM on-site).
- Design meals around strict dietary protocols and food intolerances (dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.).
- Ensure all meals meet specific macro targets (high-protein, controlled calories, balanced fats/carbs).
- Maintain excellent taste and presentation while meeting nutritional requirements.
- Handle meal prep and full kitchen organization, including cleanliness, inventory, and restocking.
- Manage supplements, shakes, and hydration, including preparation and accurate timing.
- Track food logs and make adjustments in coordination with the nutrition coach.
- Source high-quality ingredients (organic, grass-fed, wild-caught, etc.).
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistency standards are upheld at all times.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in fitness or performance nutrition (experience with athletes, executives, or high-end clients is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing dietary needs and feedback.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Familiar with European culture and cuisine.
- Based in Dubai with valid work eligibility.
