Private Chef (Female) - Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Private Chef – Chef de Partie to join a private household in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Arabic and European cuisine and be confident in independently preparing high-quality meals for family members. The role requires versatility across all meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare and present daily meals for family members according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare a variety of Arabic and European dishes to a high standard.
• Plan and prepare menus covering all meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts.
• Prepare homemade desserts, pastries, and sweet dishes as required.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation, storage, and kitchen organization efficiently.
• Monitor ingredients and communicate grocery and kitchen requirements as needed.
• Adapt menus and dishes based on family preferences, occasions, and dietary requirements.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef/Chef de Partie in a private household, luxury hotel, or fine-dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and European cuisine.
• Ability to independently prepare meals for family members.
• Good knowledge of all meal periods and dessert preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of food presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexible, discreet, well-organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the family's requirements.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
