Job Description

Water & Shark is expanding its Private Client & Family Office Advisory practice and is looking for a lawyer ready to work on sophisticated cross-border wealth structuring matters for leading families and founders.

* Design and draft sophisticated wealth structures for UHNI families and founders

* Lead complex cross-border private client engagements

* Advise on onshore and offshore wealth structuring across jurisdictions

* Structure insurance-based wealth solutions, including PPLI

* Advise on succession, estate planning and family governance

* Lead execution with rigorous follow-through across every matter

* Develop new structuring ideas and bespoke solutions

* Contribute to building and scaling the practice

* Work closely with banks, trustees, insurers and legal advisers

* Qualified lawyer admitted in a European jurisdiction

* 3-4+ years of experience in cross-border private client and wealth structuring

* Strong multi-jurisdiction European private client and succession law expertise

* UK, Cypriot or Romanian law experience preferred

* Strong understanding of PPLI, trusts, foundations and holding structures

* Excellent drafting skills for complex structuring documents

* Commitment to continuous learning across new structuring tools and jurisdictions

* Strong ownership, leadership and independent execution

* Consistent follow-through and delivery discipline

* Confident client presence and presentation skills

* Strong time management

* High integrity and absolute discretion

* Based in the UAE, or currently based in Europe or elsewhere and open to relocating to the UAE
