Crescent Invests, the growth equity investment platform of Crescent Enterprises, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The role will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments across the MENA region, with a primary emphasis on the UAE and KSA. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the full investment lifecycle and contributing to the long-term value creation of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Support origination by researching market trends, mapping sectors, and identifying high-potential growth opportunities.
- Participate in due diligence and coordinate with advisors, management teams, and co-investors.
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal reports.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the investment and business community across the UAE and KSA.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of investing experience, ideally in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking with exposure to equity transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with proven transaction execution experience.
- Deep understanding of the MENA market, particularly UAE and KSA.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
