Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clients (e.g., salons, influencers, gift shops, online stores).
  • Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, trade shows, and referrals.
  1. Product Presentation
  • Explain scent options, packaging customization, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities), etc.
  • Provide samples or scent testers to prospects.
  1. Negotiation & Closing
  • Prepare quotes and contracts.
  • Handle pricing discussions, volume discounts, and exclusivity agreements.
  1. Account Management
  • Follow up on repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery.
  1. Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor offerings and fragrance trends.
  • Provide feedback to R&D/product development teams.
