Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, polished and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a UHNWI Principal across professional, family and personal matters.
This is a highly trusted position requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, initiative and sound judgement. The successful candidate will be resourceful, adaptable and able to anticipate the Principal's needs while managing a demanding and frequently changing schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Principal's diary, appointments, meetings and professional commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries
- Manage restaurant reservations, social engagements and lifestyle arrangements
- Coordinate children's schedules, including school, activities and appointments
- Manage correspondence and liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Anticipate diary conflicts and ensure personal, family and professional commitments are well coordinated
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Provide organisational support across the Principal's professional and personal interests
EQUESTRIAN & SPORTING
The Principal has professional interests within the equestrian and sporting world, and the PA will provide organisational and administrative support in these areas.
The candidate must be comfortable around animals. Previous experience with horses, equestrian sport, training, competitions, stables or professional sport would be a significant advantage, although extensive equestrian experience is not essential for the right candidate.
INTERIOR DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE
The Principal also has interests in interior design, architecture and related projects.
Experience liaising with designers, architects, contractors, craftsmen, furniture/fabric suppliers or property professionals would be advantageous. The candidate should be confident following up on outstanding matters and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and to the expected standard.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Polished, articulate and confident
- Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of privacy
- Calm and solutions-focused when priorities change
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced private environment
- Comfortable around children and animals
- Strong diary, travel planning and administrative skills
- Resourceful, practical and willing to take ownership
- Valid driving licence with confident and competent driving ability
Previous experience supporting a UHNWI, private family, entrepreneur, professional athlete or similarly demanding Principal is highly desirable.
Above all, we are looking for someone who can become a trusted right hand — someone who understands priorities, takes ownership and stays several steps ahead.
PACKAGE
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Full-time, residence-based in Dubai
- Occasional international travel
- Immediate start
