Talent Blueprint operates in a high-stakes, project-driven environment where execution quality, speed, and reliability are critical. We recruit and deploy freelance and full-time talent across live events and operational environments, often under tight timelines and public-facing pressure.
As the business scales, we are formalizing our internal operating system — not to slow execution, but to protect standards, reduce dependency on individuals, and ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery.
This is a hands-on, embedded role, not a high-level advisory engagement.
You will work closely with leadership and functional teams to extract how the business actually operates today, then translate that reality into clear, enforceable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operating playbooks.
Your output will become the reference point for how work is executed across Talent Blueprint.
Establish a single source of truth for TBP operations
Eliminate ambiguity in roles, ownership, and handovers
Translate live operations into clear, usable SOPs
Identify and address structural risks, gaps, and inefficiencies
Leave behind a scalable, maintainable operating framework
Embed with leadership and functional owners to understand actual workflows, not assumed ones
Map end-to-end current-state operations across:
Recruitment and talent sourcing
Freelance and full-time placement lifecycle
Client delivery and project execution
Operations, finance, invoicing, and compliance
Document clear SOPs per function and per role, including:
Inputs and outputs
Decision rights and escalation paths
Ownership models (RACI or equivalent)
Handover points and dependencies
Identify bottlenecks, single points of failure, role overlaps, and compliance or delivery risks
Design practical, enforceable process improvements aligned with TBP's pace and operating reality
Deliver a structured SOP and operating framework that can be owned and maintained internally
End-to-end process maps for all core functions
Role-based SOPs with clear ownership and escalation logic
A consolidated SOP / Operating Framework playbook
Defined handover, dependency, and decision-rights structure
Proven experience designing and documenting operating processes in live businesses
Strong background in recruitment agencies, staffing, events, or other project-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to build SOPs and operating frameworks from scratch
Comfortable challenging teams and surfacing inefficiencies
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Able to simplify complex operations without losing rigor
Strong written documentation skills with a focus on clarity and usability
Commercial, practical mindset — not academic or theoretical
TBP has a clear, documented operating framework
Every core function has usable, adopted SOPs
Ownership and accountability are unambiguous
Leadership is no longer dependent on individuals to know how things work
Teams execute more consistently with less friction
