Your Role And Responsibilities
- Vendor Master Data: Create and maintain accurate records of vendors, including their contact information, payment terms, and contract details. Regularly update this data to ensure its relevance and reliability.
- Commodity Master Data: Establish and maintain comprehensive commodity data, categorizing items based on industry standards, and linking them to appropriate vendors, pricing, and procurement information.
- GL Accounts and Cost Center Master Data: Develop and manage General Ledger (GL) accounts and cost centers, ensuring proper classification, accounting policies, and budget allocations. Regularly review and update these records to reflect changes in business operations or organizational structure.
- Training and Communication: Educating team members on financial policies and procedures concerning MDM and facilitating communication between departments regarding MDM-related financial matters.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensuring MDM financial practices comply with regulations and supporting internal or external audits.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in Accounting. Knowledge about the accounts payable vertical.
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Verbal and Written)
