Job Purpose:
- Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 - 15 years experience in oil and gas
- Preferably with offshore wellhead /process platform experience
- Track record of EPCI projects execution for Middle East clients (Saudi Aramco, QP, QG, ADNOC)
- Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&ID.
- Process Simulation using HYSYS/UNISIM and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet
- Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications.
- Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Responsible for preparation / checking of the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:
-Process simulations / heat and material balance.
-Process design basis
-Flare Relied and Blowdown calculations.
-Piping and instrument diagrams.
-Safe charts.
-Process safeguarding diagram.
-Operating philosophy and operating manual.
-Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
-Depressurization and flare network study.
-Equipment and line sizing calculations.
