Responsibilities
- Improve and optimize production processes to reduce waste and minimize time, effort, and cost.
- Develop, update, and maintain process sheets for all machines and workstations.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure full compliance with process standards and specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
- Create and manage operation timelines to increase productivity and efficiency across the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the home appliances industry is a strong advantage).
- Knowledge and practical experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
