In general, work organization and equipment management are carried out in the assembly plant, especially in charge of the repair shop and training workers and managing the status of the repair shop
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Management:
Calculate the appropriate number of workers to be put in line according to the vehicle being produced and efficiently organize the number of workers for each workstation.
Responsible for training and recruitment of local white/blue color workers
Develop and apply the optimal method when producing new cars.
Make and hand out work standards and spec. identification sheets
Machine management:
Design and manage conveyors, automation equipment, and inspection equipment for a mass production
Supervise the installation of assembly factory equipment
Select appropriate tools for each workplace and request for purchase
Daily check and standard management of quality equipment
Tightening tool management
Other Tasks:
Survey local companies and the supply plan for the sub-materials.
Monitor the inventory status of the repair parts and order and supply them into repair shop
Investigate traffic and vehicle related laws in Saudi to review countermeasures
Monitor vehicle production and review cause analysis and countermeasures when a line stop occurs.
