Process Engineer - FMCG

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process control systems and standard operating procedures.

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Conduct time-motion studies and process simulations to identify bottlenecks.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to process efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient with process simulation and analysis software.
