KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering Graduate
Minimum 3years factoryrole, continuous improvement/Process engineer experience in FMCGindustry,Personal care /Beautyand Wellbeing experience preferred
Hands onExperienceon managingFocusedImprovement projects,
Hands on experienceof WCM/TPM/Manufacturing Excellence
Mustdemonstratea strong technical knowledge frompreviouspractice with evidence ofeliminationwastes and losses from production lines.Mustpossessstrong engineering leadership credentials with a proven ability tomanage highly automated Lines/Process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical capability. Collect andanalysescomplex data to penetrate problems phenomena and understand root causes.
