ISS International SpA is looking for Process Engineer with offshore experience in Abu Dhabi
Basic Functions:
- Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- 10 - 15 years experience in oil and gas
- Offshore wellhead /process platform experience
- Offshore experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&ID.
- Process Simulation using Hysys / Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet
- Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications.
- Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Responsible for preparation / checking of the following key deliverables, applicable as per the project scope:
- Process simulations / heat and material balance.
- Process design basis
- Piping and instrument diagrams.
- Safe charts.
- Process safeguarding diagram.
- Operating philosophy and operating manual.
- Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
- Equipment list.
- Line list.
- Flare radiation and dispersion calculations.
- Depressurization and flare network study.
- Equipment and line sizing calculations.
- Fluid lists.
- Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC.
- Liaise with drafting for drawing development.
Other Details:
- Duration - 6 months with possibility of extension
