Process Excellence & Process Intelligence - Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Excellence & Process Intelligence Expert to lead enterprise-wide process improvement, governance, and transformation initiatives within a leading organization in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Operational Excellence, Process Governance, Digital Transformation, and AI-driven Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise process architecture, governance frameworks, and process ownership models.
• Lead process mapping, assessments, standardization, and optimization initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Establish process documentation, SOPs, RACIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Develop process intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable process transformation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, business transformation, operational excellence, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in enterprise process architecture, process governance, and business process redesign.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in large, complex organizations is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in transportation, logistics, infrastructure, government-related entities, or asset-intensive industries.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBPP, or Project Management.
