About the Role:
The Process Improvement Associate Manager is responsible for owning and delivering network-wide operational improvement initiatives across Bosta's first mile, sortation, and last mile operations. This role leads complex cross-functional projects, designs scalable SOPs, supports automation initiatives with Product and Technology teams, and coaches specialists to execute high-impact transformations on the ground.
The Lead translates strategic improvement priorities into operational reality by diagnosing inefficiencies, designing solutions, piloting changes, and scaling best practices across the network.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across multiple operational domains and facilities
- Diagnose process gaps using data, time studies, field observation, and root-cause analysis
- Design optimized workflows and SOPs that improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and scalability
- Own pilots, testing, rollout plans, and stabilization phases for all improvement initiatives
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate operational requirements into automation and system enhancements
- Coach and guide Process Improvement Specialists through project execution, field deployment, training, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with Data & Performance teams to validate improvements, quantify ROI, and track benefit realization
- Work closely with the Quality function to embed SOP updates, training programs, and adoption audits
- Support network expansions and new facility launches by defining standards and ensuring operational readiness
- Present improvement roadmaps, results, and performance updates to senior operations leadership
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- 46 years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, manufacturing, or process improvement roles within multi-site or high-volume environments
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional operational improvement projects from diagnostic to rollout
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (certification is a strong advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into executable operational solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives without formal authority
- Leadership mindset with experience coaching or leading small teams or project pods
- High bias for action, operational ownership, and comfort working in fast-growth environments
- Experience in logistics, last-mile, or fulfillment networks is a strong advantage
